Welcome to Edu AI (www.eduailast.com), the online school dedicated exclusively to Artificial Intelligence. The platform is operated by Edu AI, registered at Str. Lalelelor 2A, Ileana, Calarasi 917130, Romania. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Edu AI. By accessing or using our website, courses, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept these Terms in full.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year. You choose your plan at checkout and can switch plans at any time.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep full access until the current billing period ends. No partial-period refunds — but refund requests within 14 days of first purchase are reviewed case by case.

All Content on the Edu AI platform — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, code, and underlying software — is owned by Edu AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.
Your licence: An active Subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content solely for your own educational purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, commercial use, or derivative works.
If you post comments, reviews, forum replies, or other material ("User Content"), you grant Edu AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that material in connection with the Service. You retain full ownership of your User Content and may request removal at any time by contacting us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edu AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Edu AI in the 12 months preceding that claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edu AI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any User Content you submit.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time — with or without notice — if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or puts the platform at risk. Upon termination, your licence to access Content ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive any termination.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Calarasi County, Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection legislation in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
